Education Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing BSN or completed within 3 years of start date preferred Experience / Qualifications Two current years of level II or level II NICU experience required. Two current years of NICU experience required. Current RN licensure in the state of Florida BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers. NRP certification through the American Academy of Pediatrics. National Certification in Specialty preferred. Physical Requirements This job can be physically demanding at times requiring stooping, sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time. The team member will need to frequently assist lifting patients and heavy equipment. Must be able to work in a stressful environment, work independently, and be capable of critical thinking, making sound decisions, detail oriented, alert and self‑motivated. Ability to push/pull up to 40lbs, carry and lift up to 50lbs.
