Assistant Manager Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Up to 45,695+ Bonus Location: 1066 S University Ave, Provo, UT 84601 Job Description Our Wendy's fast food restaurant is looking to hire a Manager who will join our fun, energetic, and fast‑paced team. The Manager is responsible for keeping our restaurant exceptionally clean and well‑run, assisting the General Manager in day‑to‑day operations, and managing the staff. Duties include executing company policies, procedures, and programs, and requiring experience in business management and people motivation. Responsibilities Complies with food safety procedures Works with management team to meet sales goals Manages food and labor costs Executes company policies and procedures Monitors food inventory levels Manages and maintains safe working conditions Interviews and recommends crew members for hiring Provides proper training for crew members Maintains fast, accurate service and provides top‑notch customer service to every guest that comes into our fast‑food restaurant Qualifications One year of restaurant experience at a minimum Experience in supervising and managing staff Fluent English‑speaking and writing skills Highly collaborative nature Exhibit a sense of urgency Willingness to work on your feet Neat, clean, and professional appearance Strong work ethic Up‑beat and engaging personality Able to lift 50 pounds to waist level Transportation to perform banking duties Open availability to cover opening/closing shifts throughout the 7‑day work week Willingness to work in any of our 6 Utah County locations Benefits Free Meals Free Training Medical Insurance Options Uniforms Provided Dental Insurance Options Company‑paid Life Insurance $10,000 policy #J-18808-Ljbffr
