Sr Third Party Risk & Compliance Coordinator

Shift Information:

• Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Hybrid Position!
• Pay range starts at $30+/hr!
• 12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:

• Position is primarily responsible for supporting third-party risk operations through tracking risk activities, maintaining risk trackers, and ensuring all records are accurate and audit-ready.
• Position will also be responsible for coordinating tasks across stakeholders, managing follow-ups, compiling reports, tracking key metrics, and supporting data quality and compliance initiatives.
• Position will be in charge of assisting with external worker governance processes, supporting project coordination, identifying data gaps or inconsistencies, and ensuring adherence to risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in third-party risk, compliance, procurement, or enterprise risk is required!
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities is required!
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and experience with data tracking/reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is required!
• Experience supporting risk governance processes within a global organization is preferred!
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, or Sourcing teams is preferred!
