Current, unrestricted WV state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience with OASIS visits and home health documentation preferred. Home health experience preferred. Ability to perform add-on evaluations as required by the client. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00. Weekly Hours: 40 (guarantee noted by client). Coverage Area: Kanawha County. Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs. Mileage reimbursement between visits from first patient to last patient: Yes.
