We seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused  Parts & Service Director to lead and grow our Parts and Service operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for maximizing departmental profitability, improving customer satisfaction, developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional ownership experience.

The ideal candidate is a proven automotive leader with strong operational, financial, and people-management skills who understands how to build high-performing Parts and Service departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts and Service departments.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase departmental sales, gross profit, productivity, and overall profitability.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including labor sales, effective labor rate, hours per RO, parts gross, technician productivity, and customer-pay performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Parts and Service personnel.
• Establish performance expectations and hold managers and employees accountable.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other dealership leaders to achieve overall dealership objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with technicians, advisors, parts personnel, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure proper processes, procedures, and internal controls are followed.
• Oversee warranty, internal, and customer-pay operations.
• Manage department expenses, staffing levels, inventory, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, technician efficiency, customer retention, and departmental performance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional service and parts environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive dealership management experience , preferably in Parts & Service leadership.
• Proven track record of improving departmental profitability and performance.
• Strong understanding of dealership Parts and Service operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities.
• Ability to recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and automotive technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
