Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations or in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support each student’s growth
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-driven student support plans
