Stand up forklift operator
$24.00 -$25.00 per hour/ DOE
Monday - Friday / 8:00am - 5pm w/ s ome OT
A Logistics company in the city of Norwalk is seeking a Warehouse Clerk. This role involves operating sit down and Stand up Reach, inventory/cycle counting and utilizing their Warehouse management software. You are applying through Express Employment Professionals, an award-winning Staffing Firm.
Stand up forklift operator Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand up forklift reach and sit down to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse area
- Perform heavy lifting and assist with loading and unloading materials
- Move raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- enter orders and inventory using their warehouse management software
- Experience in warehouse settings.
Stand up forklift operator Requirements :
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift and stand up reach
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
- Ability to operate machinery
- Strong computer experience and inventory
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
