Responsibilities Working with senior management in coordinating daily activities, team communications, and other functionally specific initiatives Providing administrative support including meeting management, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense report management, maintaining office equipment and supplies, mail distribution, and other critical daily functions to support the business Utilizing various systems and tools to support project activities such as meeting set ups, and status updates Supporting new and existing employees with IT requests, facilities issues, keys, and office space requirements Providing follow-up on written correspondence and telephone inquiries Serving as a helpful resource to others within the work group / department and others across the organization as needed Collaborate with fellow administrative support in Wilmington MA. to have cross-system consistency Scheduling, organizing, and attending meetings to include setting up conference rooms, documenting notes and coordinating follow-up actions. Procure various items to support the team (i.e. tools, hardware, supplies, test equipment, & food) Assist with site engagement activities and events Assists the HRBPs in Wilmington with new hire orientation Performs other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Education: Required: High School graduate with five or more years of administrative support experience Position Requirements: Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications. Excellent organizational abilities to plan and prioritize a variety of assignments in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interface with senior management, cross organizations, internal and external customers, or government and community officials with tact and diplomacy.
