Sales Associate LensCrafters

Overview LensCrafters is seeking a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver a high-quality eye care experience. The role focuses on customer interaction, sales, and maintaining store presentation. General Function The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care, ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at LensCrafters. Major Duties & Responsibilities Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating frames with optical measurements. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed. Actively participate in creating a positive store environment and foster professional relationships. Maintain store appearance, displays, and inventory cleanliness. Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years experience in retail or customer service. Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, phone and math skills. Adaptability to new technology and change with high accuracy. Ability to sell through sales skills and accountability for sales results. Strong oral and written communication skills.
