Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Sales SupportLocation (city, state): Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid - Mon & Fri Remote | Tue-Thu In Office)Industry: ManufacturingPay: $22-$24/hr (based on experience)Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).About Our Client:Addison Group is partnering with our client, a well-established organization within the manufacturing space, to hire a Customer Service Representative - Sales Support to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.Job Description:This role supports a fast-paced customer service and sales operations team with a strong focus on order management, email communication, and internal coordination. The position is heavily systems-based, working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to process orders, manage account activity, and support both internal sales teams and external customers.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage customer orders through an ERP system with a high level of accuracyHandle customer communication primarily through email regarding orders, availability, and account updatesReview account activity, including open orders, billing issues, credit holds, and invoice questionsResearch and resolve order discrepancies such as shortages, returns, and fulfillment issuesProvide product availability, shipping timelines, and order status updates to customersSupport sales reps by preparing customer accounts and assisting with lead qualification effortsCoordinate internally with sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillmentMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and system updates within Dynamics 365Assist with promotional and bulk order processing and fulfillment trackingQualifications:1+ year of customer service, order entry, or sales support experienceExperience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (required)Exposure to retail account management strongly preferredBackground in manufacturing, CPG, or dental/healthcare products a plusStrong multitasking and prioritization skills in a high-volume environmentComfortable working independently while managing competing prioritiesStrong written communication skills (email-heavy role)Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for problem-solving and process understandingPerks:Hybrid schedule with early Friday releaseOpportunity to work with a growing sales support teamHands-on exposure to Dynamics 365 ERP systemDirect partnership with sales leadership and cross-functional teamsPotential for long-term conversion based on performanceEqual Opportunity StatementAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
