About the Role:

Right Guys Heating & Air is looking for a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team in Fort Mill, SC! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands dirty, learn the trade, and build a rewarding career in the HVAC industry alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead HVAC technicians with the installation of heating and cooling systems

Help transport, stage, and position HVAC equipment and materials on job sites

Support ductwork installation, fabrication, and sealing tasks

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites

Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies from company vehicles

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during installations

Communicate effectively with lead installers and team members throughout the workday

Requirements:

Prior HVAC experience required — willingness to learn is a must

Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs and working in tight spaces

Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic with a positive, team-player attitude
