Roofing Technical Representative

Job Summary CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry‑level Roofing Technical Representative. The role supports Sales Representatives in the greater Cumming, Gainesville, and Marietta areas and reports to our Duluth office once per week. This position pays $50k - $55k plus premier benefits and an annual bonus opportunity. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations and inspect commercial roofs Communicate with customers and identify problem areas on roofs Measure commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re‑roof Work closely with the sales force to provide accurate information for proposal creation Assist in marketing for new accounts Occasional overnight travel during the week Candidate Requirements Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software) General construction, roofing, and/or construction sales experience A valid driver’s license in good standing Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet Experience with commercial roofing systems: thermoplastic, BUR, metal, shingles, tile, SPF foam, and coatings preferred, but training will be provided College degree in construction management or a related field preferred Premier Benefits Health insurance: 2 plans – No Cost Core Plan and Buy Up Plan with a lower deductible for medical coverage Vision plan Employer‑paid life and AD&D insurance Traditional 401(k) with company match Roth 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Company vehicle and fuel card Paid holidays and vacation CentiMark Corporation has been in business for over 58 years with 100 offices across the country and more than 3,500 employees.
