Youth Enrichment Specialist

We are a dedicated behavioral health agency in Arizona on a mission to support families and children navigating life's toughest challenges. As a Youth Enrichment Specialist, you aren't just "providing care" you're building confidence, teaching life skills, and creating positive memories for youth who need a champion.
We operate two dedicated residential houses across Tucson. These homes serve as the "hub" for our youthsafe, supportive environments where healing and growth happen every day. You'll be a key part of the team keeping these houses vibrant and therapeutic.
You'll spend your weekends (Friday afternoon through Sunday) mentoring youth ages 117. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the community and in residential settings, helping kids hit their goals through:
- Adventures: Leading community outings to parks, museums, and cultural events.
- Growth: Working side-by-side with youth on social skills and personal development.
- Safety & Support: Providing a stable, therapeutic environment where kids feel seen and heard.
The schedule is perfect for students or those seeking a meaningful weekend role:
- Friday: 3:00 PM 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
What you'll need to join us:
21+ years old (for agency vehicle operation)
1 year experience in youth-focused behavioral health
Valid AZ driver's license
Clearances: Fingerprint card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results
Tech skills: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
