Asset Protection Specialist - Retail Security & Safety
SEPHORA
Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner in Arlington, VA to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You’ll work with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism and care. The role requires 1–2 years in retail operations or loss prevention, strong communication, conflict de-escalation, and comfort with CCTV and reporting tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sephora
