Requirements

• General Dentistry

DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program
Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Missouri
Senior-level clinical experience in general dentistry
Strong desire to learn and grow clinical skills for comprehensive patient care
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
Ability to perform dental duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and fine motor work
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions

Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, from diagnosis to treatment
Lead and inspire your clinical team to provide lifetime patient care

Collaborate with your practice manager and Heartland Dental network for business support
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities
