General Production Worker

We're seeking a dependable and hardworking General Production Workers to join our team in Aurora, CO. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with assembling steel racking systems across a variety of industrial and commercial settings. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable mechanical and installation experience while working with a small, team-oriented crew.

Location: Aurora, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime available)

Pay: $25/hour

What You'll Do:

• Assemble steel racking systems using hand and power tools
• Lift and position materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Support installations at manufacturing facilities, schools, and hospitals
• Measure, align, and secure components accurately
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Assist with lifts, equipment operation, and general site tasks

What You Need:

• Experience in general labor, construction, or manufacturing
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with physical work
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
