OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Portsmouth, NH by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• 6 months of flatbed experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive our 500+ unit fleet featuring APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and rider seats, all supported by in-house maintenance.

Daily Duties:

• Load, tarp, and deliver flatbed freight safely
• Maintain precise logs and follow DOT guidelines
• Coordinate load status with dispatch

Driver Benefits: Base pay of $0.70/mi plus $0.10/mi performance bonus, paid on every trip, scheduled home time, comprehensive benefits—including health, dental, vision—PTO, 401(k), and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
