Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Attorney A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an experienced M&A attorney to join its growing Delaware practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level attorney to work on sophisticated corporate transactions originating across the firm's domestic and international offices. Responsibilities Advise clients on Delaware corporate law across a broad range of complex transactions Lead and support M&As including acquisitions and divestitures, corporate mergers and restructurings, dissolutions, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, private equity investments, financing and complex lending transactions, and cross-border transactions Advise clients regarding fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and other strategic considerations Provide corporate law support on matters originating from offices throughout the firm's national and international platform Manage multiple sophisticated matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting demanding deadlines For Partner and Counsel candidates, contribute to the growth and development of the corporate practice and client relationships Qualifications JD from an accredited law school 5+ years of Delaware corporate law experience with substantial hands-on M&A experience Active DE bar admission Experience practicing within the corporate/business group of a Delaware-based firm, or the Delaware office of a large national or international firm What the Firm Offers Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Retirement savings and insurance programs Flexible time off and paid parental leave Professional development and continuing education support Wellbeing and employee assistance programs Additional compensation and relocation support may be available depending on level and circumstances #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
