Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Document patient information and care activities accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license and current state licensure.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ER nursing experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
