Behavioral Health Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and coordinating care for our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with medical administrative experience and a passion for helping others.
Job duties include but are not limited to:- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide medical administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience working in a medical office
