Job Description & Skill Requirements:

Key responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across applications, including Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
Manage Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents, ensuring timely resolution and rapid restoration of services.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring issues.

Required Qualifications:

5 8 years of experience in Engineering Application Support (AMS).
Experience supporting Bluebeam, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Engineering applications.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT background.
