Road Supervisor: Lead Driver Performance & Training
VIA TAX
Via is seeking a Road Supervisor to oversee driver performance, train drivers, support riders, de-escalate conflicts, and manage incidents. You may also serve as an Operator when needed, ensuring excellent customer service for riders. This is a full-time, shift-based, in-person role based in Fort Walton Beach. You will conduct driver evaluations, develop training programs, handle service issues, and collaborate with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Via
