Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary Equipment Experts, Inc. is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to our team in Lakewood, WA. The OSR is a key contributing role that is responsible for sourcing, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with profitable potential and current accounts for the company. This position requires a high level of customer service and communication skills, and is highly collaborative both internally and externally. Performance Objectives Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in line with company objectives Make 50–100 outbound calls weekly to convert leads into sales Maintain an insurable driving record for smooth transportation during customer visits Collaborate with team members to generate profitable business opportunities and ensure a steady flow of incoming work Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers Conduct targeted meetings with new customers to showcase EEI's value proposition and generate leads Acquire new customers and expand EEI's market presence to drive revenue growth Meet or exceed targets for the value of closed orders to contribute to organizational growth Requirements Key Competencies Ability to understand and prioritize customer needs Skill in building rapport and establishing strong relationships Effective negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals In‑depth knowledge of the company's products/services and the industry Strong results‑driven mindset focused on achieving and surpassing targets Capability to set and pursue sales goals effectively Excellent communication skills to interact positively with diverse audiences Willingness to collaborate with team members for mutual success Maintain an insurable driving record Education and Experience Mechanical experience preferred 3+ years of outside sales experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds occasionally Must wear required personal protective equipment as needed Ability to sit for extended periods Occasionally move over equipment Benefits Weekly commission Healthcare/Vision/Dental package available (effective on the 1st of the month after first 30 days) EEI covers 100 % of employee premiums for healthcare and vision WA State Sick Leave Supplemental insurance options available Paid vacation, starting at two weeks (available after 90 days), increasing with tenure 401k plan Company events Six paid holidays Monthly vehicle usage stipend Schedule Full‑time position: Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM Pay $62,500 base salary plus commission Join Equipment Experts, Inc. and be part of a team that values your skills and commitment to excellence! #J-18808-Ljbffr Equipment Experts Inc
