Step into a dynamic role supporting students and staff across a well-respected school district in the Chattanooga area. This district-based position focuses on delivering vital BCBA services, making a direct impact on the learning and development of students. Set in a supportive and resource-rich environment, you'll work closely with educators, families, and district leadership, ensuring a collaborative and effective approach to behavior analytic services.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA license required
• Experience conducting assessments, developing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams
• Ability to travel to different schools within the district as needed
• Must complete fingerprinting and meet all credentialing requirements prior to start

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and consultation services in response to referrals from district schools (serving preschool through high school as caseloads are defined)
• Collaborate with staff, students, and families to design and oversee individual behavior plans
• Participate in the district’s partnership with the Vanderbilt Triad program, attending monthly consults, and utilizing valuable data and feedback for continuous improvement
• Utilize the district’s structured Help Desk model for efficient and organized support—ensuring your workload is managed and support is always within reach
• Maintain accurate data and documentation, contributing to student progress monitoring and program evaluation

This rewarding, part-time contract offers 10–15 hours per week, providing flexibility while still making a meaningful impact. The role is fully onsite, with caseloads and assignments thoughtfully determined to minimize travel time. Work begins as soon as possible and extends through the school year ending in May.
