Recruiter$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual SalaryThe Recruiter responsibilities will include research, development, and implementation of effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent across the Nation for all Swinerton locations. The Recruiter will be focused on ensuring that all viable candidates are a good match to the Swinerton vision, mission, and cultural values.Responsibilities and DutiesManages the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of positions, advises managers on all hires, and is primarily accountable for all candidate communication and relationshipsCollaborates with managers to identify and refine accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria, and capture plansLeverage data and market insights to advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive positioningIdentifies and implements efficient and effective sourcing strategies, continuously building candidate pipelines though databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. while simultaneously showing responsiveness to all candidate inquiriesConduct in-depth screens, interviews and selects qualified candidates to present to the businessSchedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questionsCollaborates with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent detailsPartners with Human Resources to maintain up to date knowledge while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policiesUses various sourcing tools to create candidate pipelines including industry niche platforms, social media networks, online data bases, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, events, and external websitesMaintains accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and candidate touch points and hiring metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM systems; Ensures high integrity of data management in these toolsWork with the business to manage recruiting priorities while providing regular performance updates, analysis, and insightsCollaborate on special high priority recruiting projects as neededWillingness to travel up to approximately 20% of the time to team meetings, industry conferences, division locations, and selected job sitesMinimum Skills and Experience3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, translating talent needs of the business and implementing recruitment strategies to source and hire candidates in the construction industryStrong knowledge of the recruiting discipline including trends, current practices, technologies, and new developmentsStrong working knowledge of employment law and legislationStrong critical thinking and ability to work well under pressure while being flexible and adapting to change quicklySkilled in relationship-building and consultative communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while meeting deadlinesProficient with ATS and CRM technologies; Experience with Workday HCM and ATS is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office suite of applicationsBachelor's degree preferredSummary of BenefitsThis role is eligible for the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), individual stock ownership, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, bereavement leave, employee assistance program, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, basic term life insurance and AD&D, business travel accident insurance, short and long term disability, financial wellness coaching, educational assistance, Care.com membership, ClassPass fitness membership, and DashPass delivery membership.
