POSITION OVERVIEW

The Emergency Medicine Physician will provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care in a hospital setting. The physician will work collaboratively with nursing staff, advanced practice providers, specialists, and hospital leadership to ensure safe and efficient patient flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of emergency medical conditions
• Provide timely assessment and stabilization of critically ill and injured patients
• Perform emergency procedures consistent with training and scope of practice
• Collaborate with consulting services and inpatient teams for admissions and transfers
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Adhere to hospital protocols, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• MD or DO
