Position Summary The Resident Project Representative II (RPR II) provides advanced on-site construction observation and inspection services for public-sector infrastructure projects. Acting as the Engineer’s representative in the field, this role is responsible for monitoring construction progress, verifying compliance with contract documents, coordinating with project stakeholders, and maintaining thorough project documentation.
