Job Description As a Sales Representative , you’ll be the driving force behind new business growth and a trusted advisor to existing customers. You’ll connect with prospects, uncover their needs, and deliver insurance solutions that protect their families and futures— all while reaching (and exceeding) your sales goals. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Actively pursue new business opportunities through referrals, community events, warm leads, and outbound sales activities. Consultative Selling: Educate customers on insurance options that best fit their needs, building long‑term relationships rooted in trust. Cross‑Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and maximize value for every client. Policy Management: Process policy updates, handle payments, and resolve any policy‑related inquiries with precision and care. Customer Advocacy: Play a vital role in helping clients protect their assets, families, and financial future.
