Smokin Apes is a fast-growing smoke shop dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and a wide selection of premium products, including vapes, cigars, tobacco, glass, kratom, CBD, and accessories. We’re looking for dependable, motivated team members who enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Operate the cash register and process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Learn about our products and make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Verify customer IDs and comply with all federal, state, and local age-restriction laws.
• Open and close the store as assigned.
• Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments.
• Help create a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older .
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, dependable, and punctual.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
