The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of an organization by managing clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication among team members. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other communications
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with travel arrangements and event planning
  • Support other staff with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Ensure proper filing and data entry for records management.
