- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team
- Deliver friendly, honest, and dependable customer service
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and store appearance
- Drive sales and profitability while meeting performance goals
- Help customers understand their tire and automotive-service options
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive workplace
- Ensure company standards and procedures are consistently followed
- Management experience in retail, automotive service, or a similar environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
- A results-driven mindset and enthusiasm for coaching others
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
- Tire or automotive knowledge is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
