Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about mentorship and supporting the growth of newer doctors or those looking to sharpen their expertise in specific areas. We offer access to a Board-Certified Surgeon who is enthusiastic about training and mentoring, particularly in advancing surgical skills. Additionally, our diverse caseload includes a steady flow of exotic animals, ensuring a dynamic and enriching experience where no two days are ever alike.

• Full-time employment with gradual caseload independence

Who We're Looking For:

• New DVM/VMD graduates seeking strong mentorship and support

• Veterinarians interested in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practice (based on location)

• Candidates passionate about high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $140,000
• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave
• Relocation assistance available
• CE reimbursement plus paid PTO for CE
• Paid VIN, AVMA, and Plumb's memberships

Pay Range

$140,000—$140,000 USD
