Senior IT System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT System Administrator to support and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure across the U.S. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, strengthening cybersecurity, and delivering high-quality technical support to end users. You’ll work closely with both local and global IT teams to maintain secure, efficient, and scalable systems that support business operations. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for end users, resolving hardware and software issues Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment (laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals) Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization environments Support and manage network systems (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, switches) Enhance cybersecurity through access control, patch management, endpoint protection, and system monitoring Maintain and test backup and disaster recovery processes Document systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures Assist with IT projects and global technology initiatives Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account management Qualifications 5+ years of experience in system administration or a related IT role Strong expertise in: Windows Server Active Directory & Azure AD Microsoft 365 Intune Solid networking knowledge (Cisco, Aruba, firewalls) Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper‑V) Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices Working knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Customer‑focused mindset with a service‑oriented approach Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working under pressure, especially during critical incidents On‑site role based in Goshen, Indiana Occasional travel to other locations may be required Must be able to respond effectively during system outages or cybersecurity incidents Why Join Us?
