Position Overview Property Management Associates is growing and looking for a Portfolio Manager with experience in Multi‑Family Property Management to join our team and grow in a dynamic and exciting place to work that values its employees . Compensation $100,000-$105,000 per year Monthly Auto Allowance: $600/month Annual performance bonus Essential Functions Deep understanding of property operations, financial aspects of multi‑family property management, property maintenance, vendor management, property marketing and leasing, team development, employee supervision, and motivation. Job Requirements 5 years of prior supervisory experience with rent control Proficient in Excel, MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), and Yardi Voyager Physical ability to walk properties, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Well‑versed in financial management, budgeting, income and expense oversight, and variance reporting Experience managing 10-15 multi‑family properties and 1,000+ units Demonstrated ability in problem identification, analysis, recommendation of options, and development of logical solutions Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance with employer contribution 401(k) with discretionary company contribution after 1 year Short‑term & Long‑term Disability Critical Illness/Accident/Hospital Indemnity Plans Paid Time Off including vacation, holidays, and sick time Early Friday release (1‑hour early) on weekends EEO Statement We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
