About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Regional Marketing to spearhead the marketing efforts across various regions, including Europe, Latin America, North America, India, and Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams, creating and implementing regional marketing strategies that resonate with local audiences, and driving growth across multiple business verticals. This senior leadership role demands a professional with a proven track record in regional marketing, particularly in the entertainment, culture, and fandom space, and a deep understanding of full-funnel marketing across diverse markets. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Regional Marketing include ensuring brand consistency, delivering impactful campaigns that enhance awareness and community engagement, and overseeing regional IP initiatives. The role also involves team leadership and development, fostering collaboration across regional and global teams, and managing regional paid media budgets and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years' experience in regional marketing, be fluent in English and one additional language, and be well-versed in the latest pop culture trends. Experience in SVOD and theatrical marketing is a plus, and a background in brand agencies, tech, or entertainment is preferred. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align global objectives with regional initiatives, set long-term goals, and ensure the efficient execution of marketing plans.
