PhlebotomistThis position requires proficiency in blood collection via venipuncture and capillary techniques from patients of all age groups, including pediatric patients and those requiring difficult draws. A comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety is essential, as well as the ability to effectively communicate these principles to other employees. Training will be conducted on-site at Riverside, initially scheduled for full-time hours. Candidates must be open to working 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. Dress code requires wearing scrubs. Flexibility is required for on-call and per diem work, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts in Riverside and Moreno Valley areas.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palm Desert, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
