Tax ManagerLocation: Indianapolis, IN – HybridSalary: $120,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)We are recruiting on behalf of a respected public accounting firm in Indianapolis seeking a Tax Manager. This role is ideal for a CPA with extensive tax experience who is ready to lead complex engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff.Responsibilities:Lead and manage tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and individualsReview complex federal, state, and local tax returnsProvide tax planning and consulting services across industriesSupervise and develop tax staffResearch and resolve complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with regulationsQualifications:CPA designationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accountingStrong knowledge of federal and state tax regulationsProven leadership and client management skillsWhy Apply:Competitive pay ($120k–$150k DOE)Career advancement opportunities within a respected public accounting firmExposure to diverse industries and complex tax structuresSupportive and collaborative team environment
