We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team at the Adult Mental Disability Solution Center. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while remaining focused on delivering high-quality care to clients. Our community health clinic serves as a hub for resources and support, making it an integral part of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage effectively with other programs and clinical support staff, fostering strong interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
• Provide mental health services in community settings, adhering to contractual obligations set forth by funding sources.
• Work closely with the treatment team to create and implement individualized care plans that promote coordinated services for clients and their families.
• Maintain a respectful and culturally aware approach, ensuring that all interactions and treatment strategies are aligned with the diverse backgrounds of clients.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele served by the Adult Mental Disability Solution Center encompasses individuals and families from a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our primary focus is on clients experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. By integrating a holistic and culturally responsive approach, we aim to create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of diverse cultural needs and the ability to provide trauma-informed care.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and support clients in a remote working scenario.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Experience implementing evidence-based therapies tailored to the specific needs of a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, dependent on caseload management and experience.
