Tree of Life Early Learning Center in Laurel, MD is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our dedicated team! Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and daily progress
• Maintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's care and development
• Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and play schedules
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, positive learning community

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or early education setting
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or relevant degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to meet Maryland childcare licensing requirements
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
