State Farm agents market primarily State Farm Insurance and Financial Service products. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop marketing systems, lead office team meeting, promote & initiate office quarterly goals, support the Agent's annual revenue and/or production plans. Manage, train, develop our sales and service teams toward office efficiencies to achieve results Create strategic plans by utilizing various reports to keep the team focused on customer satisfaction along with agency yearly metrics being accomplished Requirements Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail oriented Leadership Skills Proactive in problem solving Ability to work in a team environment Creative vision toward team building and driving results State Farm, Farm Bureau, AAA, or Independent Agency Experience preferred 215 & 220 Licensing required, Series 6 optional Bi-lingual optional: Spanish Our team mission is to serve our community and customer base to the fullest so that each can strive toward success and happiness.
