International Chefs de Partie | Riviera Dining Group

Miami & Winter Park, Florida | Full-Time | J-1 Trainee Program

Riviera Dining Group is seeking international Chefs de Partie to join our luxury culinary teams in Florida through our 12-month J-1 Trainee Program .

This is an opportunity for qualified international culinary professionals to gain hands-on experience in high-end, high-volume restaurants alongside accomplished chefs, including Michelin-starred culinary leaders.

Ideal Candidates

• 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong culinary skills and high-volume kitchen experience
• Basic English communication skills
• Passionate, disciplined, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

J-1 Program Includes

• 12 months of structured culinary training
• Hands-on experience in luxury U.S. hospitality
• Mentorship from experienced culinary leaders
