Industrial Maintenance Technician | 2nd Shift

Location: Shoemakersville, PA

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:00 AM

Pay: $25-$31/hr

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
• Complete welding and fabrication repairs
• Support production equipment reliability and uptime
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Follow all plant safety procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
• Forklift experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to workplace safety

Preferred:

• Welding and fabrication experience
• Metals, foundry, mining, steel, brick, or similar heavy industrial skillset
• Technical school training or related maintenance education

Work Environment

This is a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hot, dirty, and physically active environment around large equipment, conveyors, forklifts, and railroad tracks.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shoemakersville, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
