Overview Sales Qualification Specialist – 4‑Day Work Week, Warm Leads Only, Weekly Pay, Top Earners up to $160K. Responsibilities Connect with warm leads who have already reached out to us through outbound sales calls. Understand each prospect’s unique situation through thoughtful conversation. Pre‑qualify prospects for our services. Schedule appointments with the closing team. Track interactions in Salesforce. Requirements Successfully complete a 2‑week training program, passing all assessments. Attend and participate in training during that period. Technical experience with multiple platforms, including CRM systems, and ability to operate a Mac. 2‑3 years of proven sales experience (telesales preferred). Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and professional communicator. Strong computer skills; Salesforce experience a plus. Pass a background check and E‑Verify verification. Schedule Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7pm – in‑office, Franklin, TN. Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus uncapped commission – top performers earning $120K to $160K. Weekly pay for commissions. Monthly bonuses: nearly 50% of our team meets bonus targets.
