Philanthropy Manager

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Philanthropy Manager to lead and develop strategic fund initiatives for the community. You will oversee major and planned giving, annual campaigns, corporate and foundation support, donor stewardship, and public relations related to development. What we offer Compensation: ranges from $75,000 - $90,000/year. How you will make an impact Working with the Executive Director to prepare a detailed fundraising plan with attainable goals Developing and implementing strategies to cultivate, solicit and provide stewardship for the community Strategically growing the prospective donor base through networking in the community Planning and coordinating fund drives to support strategic goals Conducting outreach to the community to cultivate relationships with local business, civic and social groups Creating public relations materials and collateral materials to enhance the reputation and vision of the community What you will need Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience preferred Working knowledge of all areas of fundraising, including annual and planned giving Strong background in senior services or health care preferred Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
