Immediate Openings!(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Part-Time Custodial/Janitorial positions in the Quad Cities Areas: Davenport-IA, Bettendorf-IA.As commercial cleaning is a fast-paced industry, scheduling and placement decisions can be time-sensitive. Evenings & Nights!Convenient Locations: We have multiple cleaning sites across the QC area, so you can choose to work at locations that are close to home or best suit your needs.Pay Range: Between $11.25-$13.00. Based on locations, tasks, and other factors.Supportive Team: Work in a friendly and professional environment where your efforts are valued.Who We're Looking For:Dependable Individuals: We need team members who show up on time and are committed to their work.Hardworking and Detail-Oriented: Our cleaners take pride in their work, ensuring every job is done to the highest standard.Team Players: Collaboration is key; we're looking for individuals who can work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms- Follow all health and safety regulations Special Note:Due to the fast-paced nature of the industry, multiple building locations, and varying shift details, specific assignment information will be discussed during the phone interview.  Recruiting hours: Monday - Friday between 6AM-9AM.Application Form: Applications must be completed to be considered with an updated resume.
