Benefits Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $95,772 - $120,545 Generous Time Off: Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. Uncapped Bonus Potential: Earn more by increasing billable hours at your pace. Growth and Advancement: Advance through BCBA levels I–IV with reduced productivity targets at higher levels. Autonomy Over Your Schedule: Full control over supervision times and locations. Administrative Support: Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA Certification required.
