What You'll Do:As an Air Export Coordinator, you'll manage international air freight shipments from booking through final delivery while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international regulations. Responsibilities include: Coordinate international air export shipments from origin through final delivery Prepare and review export documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance Book cargo space with airlines and transportation providers Coordinate pickups and transportation schedules Track shipments and proactively resolve issues Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and vendors Prepare freight quotations and negotiate transportation rates Process billing and maintain shipment records Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 2 5 years of freight forwarding, logistics, or export experience preferred CargoWise experience is a plus Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities High attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a desire to build a long-term career in international logistics About Spirit International Transport, Inc.Spirit International Transport, Inc. is a privately owned international freight forwarding company specializing in global transportation and supply chain solutions.
