High-Volume Dentist Associate — Performance-Based Earnings

Gold Coast Dental in Santa Clarita is seeking a motivated associate dentist to join our fast-paced, performance-driven team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with various clinical procedures and thrive in busy settings while earning 25% of collections with a guaranteed $800 per day for the initial period. This full-time role requires clinical independence and offers extensive patient flow supported by operational systems.
