WinChoice is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Independent Contractor Sales Representatives to join our team and help homeowners protect their homes with quality gutter and water management solutions.

As an independent contractor, you’ll meet with homeowners at pre-set appointments and develop your own opportunities through referrals and self-generated leads. You’ll inspect the home, identify gutter and drainage concerns, educate the homeowner on potential water damage, present the WinChoice solution, and guide the customer through the buying process.

This is an opportunity for a driven, self-motivated sales professional who wants the freedom of running their own business while having the support, training, products, and systems of an established company behind them.

The ideal candidate is:

• Driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Confident communicating with homeowners in person.
• Comfortable presenting pricing, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
• Coachable and willing to learn a proven sales process.
• Organized and able to manage appointments and follow-up independently.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for photos and digital paperwork.
• Able to perform basic measurements and math in the field.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout an assigned territory.

Experience

• Previous sales, home improvement, roofing, gutter, or door-to-door sales experience is preferred but not required .
• Paid training is provided for qualified individuals who are willing to learn and put in the work.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
