Job Summary: Provides clerical & support and Spanish translation for Occupational Medicine Clinic.

• Responsible for front office procedures.
• Back office responsibilities.
• Responsible for other office duties.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, patience and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
• Strong computer skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Creativity, problem analysis and decision making
• Ability to work varied shifts
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred.
• Strong clerical skills, including keyboard and basic computer programs
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
• Good communication skills in dealing with general public on phone and in person.
